Registration Fee Information

Family, we want to ensure that you have an enjoyable experience in our Queen City, and we understand, sponsoring a family reunion can become quite costly. The assessment fees listed below will provide you with a defined assessment rate, while allowing us to control the costs of the event.  Please do not hesitate to contact any member of the East Coast Crew with any questions regarding your family type and assessment fee selection.

Assessment Fees:

 

Single Person:                                            $ 75

Family/Household of 2 Members:             $130

Family/Household of 3-4 Members:          $165

Family/Household of 5-6 Members:          $185

Family/Household above 6 Members:       $185+15 per person

Guest(s) for Family Picnic  Only: $15 per person 

 

Each assessment rate is based on a single family household with parent(s)/ significant other and their dependents between the ages of 2 - 21, residing in the same household. This assessment rate is also based on a maximum of two adults per household. Please no multi-families household.

Assessment payments can be made in two equal (2) installments.  The deadline for installment payments are as follows: March 15, 2019 and May 15, 2019.  All early full payments will be graciously accepted and fully appreciated!  Any registrations submitted after May 15th must be paid in full at time of registration.

 

We have created several easy payment options:
